Exercise and Timer Disclaimer

These browser timers provide time cues, not medical or personalized training advice.

General-purpose timing only

IntervalTimers.org provides clocks and configuration examples for general timing purposes. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, prescribe individualized exercise, or determine whether a particular activity is suitable for you.

You are responsible for choosing durations, movements, equipment, intensity, and surroundings according to your abilities, circumstances, and any qualified guidance you use. A preset demonstrates the software; it is not a recommendation that every visitor perform that session.

Health and professional guidance

High-intensity exercise may not be appropriate for everyone. People with a health condition, injury, pregnancy, illness, symptoms, or uncertainty about exercise suitability should consult an appropriately qualified professional before beginning.

Stop an activity if continuing appears unsafe or you feel unwell. A timer cue cannot observe technique, surroundings, equipment, or physical response, and it cannot replace a coach, medical professional, or responsible supervisor.

Technical and event limitations

Browser throttling, device performance, system sleep, power saving, screen locking, muted volume, Bluetooth latency, and permission settings can affect audio or display behavior. The engine corrects delayed updates against absolute deadlines where possible, but the site does not claim absolute zero error.

Do not use the browser timer as the only official clock where certified timing, competition rules, workplace procedures, or safety protocols apply. Competition formats differ, so follow the relevant governing organization and event officials.
