For a functional issue, include the timer mode, browser, device type, values entered, and the action that produced the problem. Do not send health records or other sensitive personal details. Screenshots can help when the report concerns layout or an incorrect visible state.
Content corrections should identify the page, the statement in question, and a reliable source where appropriate. Accessibility feedback is useful when it explains the input method or assistive technology involved.
